31-day workbook
The Gratitude Harvest Log
This is not a list of generic blessings. Each day gathers one piece of evidence: provision, beauty, help, correction, comfort, or grace.
Week 1 · Daily bread
Notice physical provision.
- A meal that sustained you.
- Shelter, warmth, or clothing.
- Strength for one necessary task.
Week 2 · Shared harvest
Notice people and community.
- Someone who made room for you.
- Work another person did that benefits you.
- A kindness you can return.
Week 3 · Hidden mercies
Notice what did not happen and what quietly held.
- A protection you nearly missed.
- A delay that became grace.
- A habit or truth that kept you steady.
Week 4 · The Giver Himself
Move from gifts to God’s character.
- A way God was patient.
- A way God was near.
- A promise that proved trustworthy.
October 31 · Gather the page
Read the month aloud and circle five entries that tell the clearest story of God’s care.
Gratitude does not deny what was hard. It refuses to let hardship be the only witness.
