Our products are digital
Everything in our shop is a digital download — Bible studies, printable worksheets, devotionals, and study guides. Because these are digital files delivered instantly, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges.
14-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a digital product, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We will process the refund to the original payment method.
To request a refund, email us with your order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Corrupted or defective files
If a downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise unusable, contact us right away and we will send you a fresh copy or issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
What is not refundable
- Free resources and promotional downloads.
- Products purchased more than 14 days ago.
- Gift purchases or bundles that have been fully consumed.
- Refunds requested after repeated abuse of our policy.
How to request a refund
